The PR7 LinkWheel

FOR THE COMPLETE LINKWHEEL TUTORIAL: CLICK HERE
Most of us are familiar by now with what a linkwheel is and the concept behind it. Just incase you aren’t or have a little confusion over it, I’ll reiterate the concept to make it a little more clearer.
The LinkWheel is a set of 6 properties all connected and interlinked together in a circular pattern similiar to a car’s tired or bicycle wheel. The intention is to put focus or promoting of a particular page. which is the focus of the wheel.
The “fucus” would be for instance your Homepage since this would be something you want to promote. While thinking of the LinkWheel as a bicycle or car wheel, think of your homepage as the hub or center of the wheel that holds everything together.

I wont get into the details too much. So if you want the complete background on the LinkWheel method, you can read the entire e-book at: LinkWheel e-Book
Ok, so let’s get to the high PR link wheel.
Estimate time: 1 hour
- Open 8 tabs in your browser.
- Each tabs represents each site, and your pinging tools
- In one tab open Pingler.com
- In another tab, open a Ping List and add these to the current Pingler list
Your backlink HTML code:
- <a href=”http://www.yoursite.com/”>Your Keyword</a>
- <a href=”http://www.your-linkwheel-site.com/”>Your Keyword</a>
The Sites to link to:

Nice method, thanks.
For our link wheel sites, should we link to those high PR sites’ homepages (http://www.codeignitor.com) or link to our newly created pages on those high PR sites (http://codeigniter.com/forums/member/…..) ?
btw I cannot create new account on open.ac.uk

You want to link it to your member area or where your link is located.

Hi,
I am new to the subject and just want to make sure I got it right. Please correct me if my thought is wrong!
I understand that I can make two backlinks on those PR7 sites. One linking to my “money” site and the other one to one of my “link wheel” site.
My questions…
1. Can I create more backlinks with different text links on any given PR7 site pointing to the same money site?
2. Same principle as in #1 but pointing to a different money site?
3. Same principle as in #1 and 2 but in regards to the linkwheel sites.
4. And finally, do I link back to the PR7 sites from my linkwheel sites?
Thanks for your help!

Yes, you place one link to your Hub site and one to the next linkwheel site.
Answer 1: I wouldn’t recommend creating more than 2 links. Your post could be counted as spam then, as well as the link strength weakens with more outgoing links.
Answer 2: Same answer as #1
Answer 3: Same answer as #2
Answer 4: No, just link to the next linkwheel page in the circle and your Hub site.

@Freeware:
You will be placing 2 links in each site.
Link #1: A link to the site you want to promote.
Link #2: A link to the next site in the wheel.

As far as I know there is no way to add a hyperlink on billboard.com. If I am wrong, please let me know where on their site. Thanks.

You will have to place your link in the profile comment field.

Does the link in the profile comment field have to be dofollow, or does it matter? I thought that if you post on a site like that it doesn’t matter how many links you post…google won’t see it? Or is that not true? I’m kinda new at this…

Hey,
I am glad I found your Blog.. This is Great stuff!!!!
2 questions.
1) where can we find more pr7 sites like these so we do more pr7 link wheel projects?…
2)In the pr7 link wheel, are we linking the pr7 sites to each other or are we linking them to the normal linkwheel sites (blogger, squidoo, weebly, etc…)which are in turn linked together?
Thanks for all the great info…

I think you should have explained a little more about the Nofollow aspect of linkwheeling. Is there any purpose of using sites that are nofollow as part of a linkwheel?
